Muvo is the platform museums, schools and cultural venues use to publish their audio guides. You listen in your phone's browser: no app to install and no account to create.

Today Muvo does not sell you anything. In open mode, listening to the audio guide is free and you are not asked for any details.

02Places with an access codeLink to this section: Places with an access code

Some places use closed mode: to listen you need a 6-digit code that the place itself gives you, on paper, for free or included in its own ticket.

Muvo does not charge you for the code. If you paid for a ticket, that payment is between you and the place: refunds and complaints about the ticket go to the place.

03The passLink to this section: The pass

Entering the code opens a pass: access to that place's audio guides for a period of time set by the place.

• The screen shows how much time you have left, and we warn you 10 minutes before it ends.
• One code works on at most 2 phones.
• Codes expire: by default, 12 months after they are issued.
• Once the pass ends, a used code cannot be used again.
• To prevent abuse, we temporarily block too many wrong attempts: at most 10 per phone and 50 per network every 10 minutes.

The pass is kept in a strictly necessary cookie (muvo_pass_…) on your phone, only while the pass lasts. We do not ask for any personal data.

If Muvo offers paid access to visitors in the future, we will update these terms before any sale.

Pending legal review: A legal professional must complete the clauses on price, payment method, right of withdrawal (EU consumer law, digital content consumed immediately) and refunds before sales are enabled.
